With increasing competition, pubs and hotels are looking for ways to cut their operating costs. Heating is a fixed cost, as heat too little and customers complain and leave. In addition, over the past few years, heating costs have risen above inflation (e.g. Heating oil costs went up 50% at the end of 2011) and are a large single cost, which just reduces profit.
Fortunately there is a solution that overcomes both these two difficulties whilst providing a talking point for customers.
The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) for commercial premises pays 8.3p per KWh for 20 years, which will pay for both a new boiler system (usually within 3 years) and produce free heating for 17 years. This means you can afford to keep your pub or hotel toasty warm, whilst getting paid for it. And with a range of stylish Italian pellet boilers which are eligible for the subsidy, you will have an elegant centrepiece for customers to marvel at.
Alternatively, if you are a larger hotel or Hospitality provider, then one of our compact commercial pellet or chip boilers will fit into a boiler room and provide heat for even the largest Hotel complex.
So, if you’d like to be a step ahead of the competition, reduce your costs and carbon then call us to discuss your needs further.
